Samskrithi Nrithakalari is a dance school based in Kochi, Kerala. The academy was founded in 2013 by Mrs. Krishnendhu Nair a famous dancer of Kerala. The main aim of Samskrithi Nrithakalari is to support and promote the south indian classical dance forms.Samskrithi Nrithakalari is committed to creating a friendly, effective and challenging learning environment where students believe that hard work and practice will improve their grades. Students are encouraged to participate in local and interstate competitions, fundraisers, cultural shows, and corporate events. These participations are complemented by praise and celebration, allowing us to witness their artistic development and confidence.

Courses

Classical dance is a wonderful art that has no caste, religion, gender or age limits. Anyone over the age of 3 can participate and learn to dance. In this class you will learn basic dance steps and punctuality. Then they are upgraded to a higher batch.

Bharathanatyam

Bharatanatyam, with its intricate footwork, expressive gestures, and rhythmic movements, takes centre stage as one of the oldest and most revered classical dance forms of South India.

Mohiniyattom

A classical dance form originating from the southern state of Kerala. Known for its fluid and graceful movements, Mohiniyattam tells stories of love, devotion, and mythology, captivating audiences with its delicate expressions and swaying motions.

Kuchipudi

Experience the vibrant world of Kuchipudi dance, where Kuchipudi techniques are blended with contemporary elements to create a dynamic and expressive form.
